2.1 Information You Provide
- Email Address: Collected by LemonSqueezy during subscription purchase for licensing and communication purposes
- License Key: Generated by LemonSqueezy and stored locally on your device for application activation
2.2 Information Automatically Collected
- Local Application Data: ParseHive stores configuration settings and templates locally on your PC or Mac. This data never leaves your device except as described below.
- Device Fingerprint: A unique identifier is generated from your device to manage your free tier page allowance. This identifier does not contain personally identifiable information.
- Usage Data: We track the number of pages processed to enforce plan limits. No document content is retained.
2.3 Invoice Data Processing
- PDF Documents: When you process invoices, the PDF files are sent to ParseHive's secure backend server for processing. The backend forwards the data to Anthropic's Claude API for AI extraction. ParseHive does not store your invoice data at any point. Anthropic retains data for up to 7 days in accordance with their data retention policy, after which it is automatically deleted.
