- Email Address: Collected by LemonSqueezy during subscription purchase for licensing and communication purposes
- License Key: Generated by LemonSqueezy and stored locally on your device for application activation
2.2 Information Automatically Collected
- Local Application Data: ParseHive stores configuration settings, templates, and license information locally on your Mac. This data never leaves your device except as described below.
2.3 Invoice Data Processing
- PDF Documents: When you process invoices, the PDF files are sent directly from your computer to Anthropic's Claude API using your own API key. ParseHive does not store, transmit to our servers, or retain copies of your invoice data.

- License Validation: Verifying your subscription status through LemonSqueezy
