2. Description of Service

ParseHive is a desktop application for macOS that automates invoice data extraction from PDF documents using artificial intelligence. The Application:

• Extracts structured data from PDF invoices
• Exports data to multiple formats (Excel, CSV, JSON, XML)
• Processes documents locally with AI assistance via Anthropic's Claude API
• Requires users to provide their own Claude API key

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Terms

• Trial Period: 7-day free trial
• Subscription Fee: $24 USD per month
• Billing: Automatic monthly billing through LemonSqueezy
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal
